The Herd conquer Bears
Calgary, AB – Nic Lush scored a goal to help The Herd to a 3-1 win over the Bears at Southland on Monday.
Also scoring for The Herd was Owen Guenter, Dillon Matthews each adding a goal. Jaren Turnquist added two assists. Goaltender Devin Reagan picked up the win for The Herd holding the Bears to a single goal.
Scoring the lone goal for the Bears was and Nic Nolet, his first of the playoffs. Goaltender Scott Bowles surrendered three goals in the loss for the Bears.
With the win, The Herd improve to 1-0-0-0 while the Bears fall to 0-1-0-0.
