Calgary, AB – Charles Abbott scored four goals to lift the Kings to an 8-6 conquest over the Wolf Pack at Southland on Monday.

Capping off the scoring for the Kings was Mathieu Bisson and Slater Ransom with a pair of goals each. Gord Matheson and Dave Watt each added three assists, Bisson and Ryan Richards each added two assists. Goaltender Nico Vandersalm picked up the win for the Kings giving up six goals.

Sniping for the Wolf Pack was Tyler Storozuk, Jordan Brothers, Travis Skladan, Matt Price, Dave Cumming and Scott Elliott each tallying single markers. Mark Davy added two assists. Goaltender Brent Lauinger surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Wolf Pack.

Ransom deposited his 10th of the season into an empty net with 1:08 left in the third period to seal the win for the Kings.

With the win, the Kings improve to 12-16-2-0 while the Wolf Pack fall to 16-12-2-0.
