Calgary, AB – Jordan Vine scored a hat-trick to help support the Blackout in a 10-4 spanking over the Ducks 3 at Village Square on Saturday.

Adding markers for the Blackout was Steve Holford and Jordan Moe with a pair of goals each and Steven Chaffin, Devon Downey and Devin Ness each with single strikes. Holford, Kevin Shaw and Russell Wazney each added two assists. Goaltender Chase Simard picked up the victory for the Blackout giving up four goals.

Scoring for the Ducks 3 was Dan Arnold with two goals and Ryan Hurley and Jared Stanley with a goal each. Alex Chow added two assists. Goaltender Cole Currie surrendered 10 goals in the loss for the Ducks 3.

With the victory, the Blackout improve to 12-15-2-0 while the Ducks 3 fall to 9-18-2-0.
