Calgary, AB – Tim Holtby scored a goal and added an assist for the Panthers and Tyler Young scored two goals for the Flying Elbows as the teams fought to a 3-3 tie at Optimist on Saturday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Flying Elbows was and Kyle Christensen with a single marker. Murray Walter added two assists. Goaltender Jeremy Ellis surrendered three goals in the tie for the Flying Elbows.

Rounding out the scoring for the Panthers was Jeff Stewart and Vince Niro each adding single tallies. Goaltender Doug Lavers gave up three goals in the tie for the Panthers.

After the tie, the Panthers have a record of 13-14-2-0 while the Flying Elbows move to 15-9-5-0.
