Calgary, AB – Solomon McCann scored a hat-trick and added three assists as the Ducks 1 extended its winning streak to five games with a 7-2 thrashing over the San Jose Sharts at Frank McCool on Tuesday.

Capping off the scoring for the Ducks 1 was Kyle Burton with two goals, Rob Heynen and Brody Hailwood contributing with a goal each. Heynen added four assists, Burton added two assists. Goaltender Brandon Rozzi picked up the win for the Ducks 1 giving up two goals.

Sniping for the San Jose Sharts was Braden Plaschewsky and Easton Lausberg each tallying single markers. Goaltender Jackson Eady surrendered seven goals in the loss for the San Jose Sharts.

With the win, the Ducks 1 improve to 21-6-2-0 while the San Jose Sharts fall to 9-16-4-0.
