Calgary, AB – Shaun Hunter scored four goals and added an assist to help secure the Ice Goats a victory in a 7-2 trouncing over the Smokin' Guns at George Blundun on Saturday.

Adding markers for the Ice Goats was Aaron Kosinsky and Zachary Duncan and Craig Spencer each contributing with single markers. Kosinsky added three assists and Duncan added two assists. Goaltender Sean Beauparlant picked up the victory for the Ice Goats giving up two goals.

The win snapped the Ice Goats' three-game losing skid.

Providing the offence for the Smokin' Guns was Clifton O'Brien and Seamus Boyd with a goal each. Kyle Thompson and Jesse Shaw each added two assists. Goaltender James McGivern surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Smokin' Guns.

With the victory, the Ice Goats improve to 8-15-4-0 while the Smokin' Guns fall to 11-13-3-0.
