Calgary, AB – Darren McCutcheon scored a hat-trick and added an assist as the Colts extended its winning streak to three games with a 9-3 pummeling over the IceCats at Frank McCool on Friday.

Also scoring for the Colts was Nick Hayward with a hat-trick, Ryder Terpstra with two goals and Ken Terpstra with a single marker. Ryan Toole, Jordan Cassley and Ian Jensen each added two assists. Goaltender Jason Crossland picked up the victory for the Colts giving up three goals.

Lighting the lamp for the IceCats was Blaine McIntosh with two goals and Jarret Orb with a single tally. Goaltender Darryl Leray surrendered nine goals in the loss for the IceCats.

With the victory, the Colts improve to 15-9-3-0 while the IceCats fall to 11-13-3-0.
