Calgary, AB – Andrew Schubert scored his third goal of the season with 9:04 remaining in the second period and Adam Adair scored two goals and added an assist to fuel the Blazers to a 5-4 triumph over the Schooners at Norma Bush on Saturday.

Capping off the scoring for the Blazers was and Adam Brandt with a single tally. David Reimer and JT Luterbach each added two assists. Goaltender Jake Mandin picked up the victory for the Blazers giving up four goals.

Finding the twine for the Schooners was Danny White with two goals and Craig McCarron and Mathew Popowich chipping in with a goal each. Popowich and McCarron each added three assists. Goaltender Brad Lowe surrendered five goals in the loss for the Schooners.

With the victory, the Blazers improve to 6-5-0-0 while the Schooners fall to 5-6-0-0.
