Calgary, AB – Slater Ransom scored two goals for the Kings and Dave Seal scored two goals for the Icemen as the teams fought to a 5-5 tie at Optimist on Saturday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Icemen was , Evan Michalchuk and Rich Bush with a single marker. Bush and Maximus Giangualano each added three assists and Alex Frank added two assists. Goaltender Ed Dizon surrendered five goals in the tie for the Icemen.

Rounding out the scoring for the Kings was Rory Dawson, Dustin Yeager and Derek Bishop each adding single tallies. Yeager, Dawson, Gord Matheson and Richard Smythe each added two assists. Goaltender Nico Vandersalm gave up five goals in the tie for the Kings.

After the tie, the Kings have a record of 13-16-3-0 while the Icemen move to 17-11-4-0.
