Calgary, AB – Josh Clements scored four goals and added an assist to help the Blazers to a 12-8 spanking over the Schooners at Optimist on Saturday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Blazers was Andrew Schubert, David Reimer and Quinn Logan with a pair of goals each, Alex Langley and Travis Rohl chipping in with a goal each. Schubert, Stephen Lyons, Zach Goss and Adam Brandt each added three assists, Reimer, Peter Jones and Brent Rauch each added two assists. Goaltender Stefan Migotti picked up the win for the Blazers giving up eight goals.

Striking for the Schooners was Mathew Popowich with a hat-trick, Travis Robichaud and Danny White with a pair of goals each and Josh Herrick with a single tally. Pat Cantlon added three assists, Robichaud, Herrick, Craig McCarron and Wade Snook each added two assists. Goaltender Brad Lowe surrendered 12 goals in the loss for the Schooners.

With the win, the Blazers improve to 16-13-3-0 while the Schooners fall to 13-17-2-0.
