Calgary, AB – Braydon Hart scored a hat-trick to fuel the Mustangs to a 9-1 thrashing over the Ice Goats at Frank McCool on Friday.

Capping off the scoring for the Mustangs was Colin Baillargeon with two goals, Mike Sokol and Tyson Trail, Joel Merkosky and Tyson Walker each tallying single markers. Trail, Merkosky, Sokol and Darryl MacDonald each added two assists. Goaltender JF Voyer picked up the win for the Mustangs holding the Ice Goats to a single goal.

Tallying the single marker for the Ice Goats was and Cole Brewis, his fifth of the season. Goaltender Sean Beauparlant surrendered nine goals in the loss for the Ice Goats.

With the win, the Mustangs improve to 17-10-4-0 while the Ice Goats fall to 8-19-4-0.
