Calgary, AB – Scott Towns scored a hat-trick and added three assists to help the Flying Elbows to a 7-5 win over the Ravens at Frank McCool on Friday.

Also scoring for the Flying Elbows was Tyler Young with two goals, Tyson Woynarski and Cole Hood with a goal each. Towns added three assists. Goaltender Jeremy Ellis picked up the win for the Flying Elbows giving up five goals.

Striking for the Ravens was Nick Eric with a hat-trick and Jeff Ryan and Kyle Duiker each adding a goal. Ryan added three assists. Goaltender Jordan Meinhardt surrendered six goals in the loss for the Ravens.

Young added an empty-netter with 0:02 left in the third period to seal the win for the Flying Elbows.

With the win, the Flying Elbows improve to 16-9-5-0 while the Ravens fall to 9-18-3-0.
