Calgary, AB – Cayden Shmyr scored two goals and added two assists for the Icemen and Derek Bandstra scored a hat-trick and added an assist for the Buffaloes as the teams played to a 8-8 tie at Frank McCool on Tuesday.

Capping off the scoring for the Buffaloes was John Page with two goals and Tony Yang, Dylan Ackerman and Victor Bakala contributing with a goal each. Page and Yang each added three assists, Ackerman and Robyn Carson each added two assists. Goaltender Jon Kalkman surrendered eight goals in the tie for the Buffaloes.

Capping off the scoring for the Icemen was Dave Seal, Braden Billaney, Justin Hill, Matt Kanters and Jacob Leicht each tallying single markers. Hill and Billaney each added three assists, Seal, Shmyr and Cody Halleran each added two assists. Goaltender Ed Dizon gave up eight goals in the tie for the Icemen.

After the tie, the Icemen have a record of 17-10-3-0 while the Buffaloes move to 7-19-4-0.
