Calgary, AB – Ryan Bennato scored a hat-trick to help secure the Wolves a victory in a 9-4 trouncing over the Hopewell Hurricanes at George Blundun on Saturday.

Completing the scoring for for the Wolves was Derek Graham with two goals, Jon Haberstock and Scott Towns, Evan Blakeley and Jeremy Omelchuk each contributing with single markers. Haberstock and Rob Conrad each added two assists. Goaltender Nathan Steinke picked up the victory for the Wolves giving up four goals.

Providing the offence for the Hopewell Hurricanes was Lucas Snyder, Trevor Ceccanesse, Kehl Snyder and Sean Warner with a goal each. Snyder added two assists. Goaltender Steve Tolhurst surrendered nine goals in the loss for the Hopewell Hurricanes.

With the victory, the Wolves improve to 16-10-2-0 while the Hopewell Hurricanes fall to 10-16-2-0.
