Calgary, AB – Sebastian Gregoire scored his 11th goal of the season with 4:08 remaining in the third period and Duane Smith scored two goals and added an assist as the Grasshoppers extended their winning streak to four games with a 8-7 win over the Buffaloes at Norma Bush on Saturday.

Also scoring for the Grasshoppers was Sean Murray with two goals, Frank Colapaolo, Carson Packer, Elliott Sephton each adding a goal. Colapaolo, Colin Hughes. Goaltender Todd Ashton picked up the win for the Grasshoppers giving up seven goals.

Lighting the lamp for the Buffaloes was John Page with two goals and Matt Acker, Nolan Walker, Ryan Pernal, Jason Booth and Robyn Carson each adding single goals. Acker added two assists. Goaltender Jon Kalkman surrendered eight goals in the loss for the Buffaloes.

With the win, the Grasshoppers improve to 16-8-2-0 while the Buffaloes fall to 12-14-1-0.
