Calgary, AB – Chris Young scored two goals and added three assists to help lift the Knights to a 9-4 pounding over the Tailgaters at Stew Hendry on Sunday.

Also scoring for the Knights was Derek Boeckx and Taylor Lewis, Jason Zurburg, Andrew Nicol, Kevin Mullie, Will Clark and Matthew Cundall each with single strikes. Lewis, Boeckx, Zurburg and Greg Staples each added two assists. Goaltender Trevor Sedgwick picked up the victory for the Knights giving up four goals.

Scoring for the Tailgaters was Tristan Janusc with two goals and Ben Bleakley and Rusty Jenner each adding single goals. Goaltender Todd Bettison surrendered nine goals in the loss for the Tailgaters.

With the victory, the Knights improve to 8-12-0-0 while the Tailgaters fall to 5-12-3-0.
