Calgary, AB – Ryan Miller scored four goals and added an assist to help bring the Hopewell Hurricanes to an 8-5 triumph over the Knights at Optimist on Sunday.

Completing the scoring for for the Hopewell Hurricanes was Caleb Pierce and Andy Keats with a pair of goals each . Mark Alberts added three assists and Trevor Ceccanesse added two assists. Goaltender Steve Tolhurst picked up the victory for the Hopewell Hurricanes giving up five goals.

Finding the back of the net for the Knights was Dave Miller, Dustin Borotsik, Peter Casey, Jason Zurburg and Taylor Lewis each contributing with single markers. Miller added three assists and Derek Boeckx added two assists. Goaltender Mark Watson surrendered eight goals in the loss for the Knights.

With the victory, the Hopewell Hurricanes improve to 9-8-2-0 while the Knights fall to 7-12-0-0.
