Calgary, AB – Matthew Cundall scored a hat-trick to guide the Knights to a 5-3 conquest over the Hopewell Hurricanes at Frank McCool on Friday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Knights was Andrew Nicol and Shawn Calafatis each adding single tallies. Will Clark added two assists. Goaltender Trevor Sedgwick picked up the win for the Knights giving up three goals.

Cashing in for the Hopewell Hurricanes was Cory Mikhail with two goals and Andy Keats with a single marker. Scott Bishop added two assists. Goaltender Calvin Perdy surrendered five goals in the loss for the Hopewell Hurricanes.

With the win, the Knights improve to 4-8-0-0 while the Hopewell Hurricanes fall to 6-5-1-0.
