Calgary, AB – David Manning scored two goals and added an assist as the Calgary Hogs extended its winning streak to four games with a 9-6 victory over the Sofa Kings at Frank McCool on Friday.

Adding markers for the Calgary Hogs was Wade Hein with two goals and Kevin Free, Tyler Kushniruk, Andrew Figueira, Bryce Scheider and Taylor Fleming with a goal each. Free, Kushniruk, Figueira, Justin Morgan, Justin Kohls and Gio Falsetti each added two assists. Goaltender Wes Raabis picked up the victory for the Calgary Hogs giving up six goals.

Providing the offence for the Sofa Kings was Brandon Long with a hat-trick, Reto Stiz with two goals and Tommy Hrazdira with a single marker. Long added two assists. Goaltender Nico Vandersalm surrendered nine goals in the loss for the Sofa Kings.

With the victory, the Calgary Hogs improve to 9-2-0-0 while the Sofa Kings fall to 4-5-2-0.
