Calgary, AB – Mike Leslie scored his second goal of the season with 13:53 remaining in the third period and Matt Bucholz scored a goal and added an assist as the Panthers erased a four-goal deficit and extended their winning streak to four games with a 7-6 win over the Buffaloes at Stew Hendry on Sunday.

Also scoring for the Panthers was Jason HaleyPaul Kurcera, Mike Tucker, Scott Coe, Tyler Boldt each adding a goal. Goaltender Doug Lavers picked up the win for the Panthers giving up six goals.

Lighting the lamp for the Buffaloes was Victor Bakala with two goals and John Page, Ben Chin, Branden Collins and Robyn Carson with a goal each. Bakala and Cody Perkins each added two assists. Goaltender Jon Kalkman surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Buffaloes.

The Buffaloes jumped out to a 4-0 lead when Collins scored his ninth of the season with 3:51 left in the first period but Tucker responded for the Panthers with his eighth of the season to start the rally.

With the win, the Panthers improve to 8-3-0-0 while the Buffaloes fall to 4-6-1-0.
