Calgary, AB – Adam Johnson scored two goals and added an assist to help the Da Byes to a 9-6 win over the Sofa Kings at Frank McCool on Tuesday.

Also scoring for the Da Byes was Alex Pronchuk and Alex Jewell with a pair of goals each, Glenn Saunders, Avery Belcourt and Brad Tuff each adding a goal. Andrew Bergmann added three assists, Reed Murray and Brady Anderson each added two assists. Goaltender Logan Stebner picked up the win for the Da Byes giving up six goals.

Striking for the Sofa Kings was Brandon Long and Gord Matheson with a pair of goals each, Tommy Hrazdira and Andrew Beaule with a goal each. Richard Smythe, Regan Yeager and Charles Abbott each added two assists. Goaltender Terry Blanchard surrendered nine goals in the loss for the Sofa Kings.

With the win, the Da Byes improve to 5-1-2-0 while the Sofa Kings fall to 2-4-2-0.
