Calgary, AB – Adam Jose scored two goals and added an assist to lift the Samsquantches to a 6-3 conquest over the Panthers at Optimist on Sunday.

Capping off the scoring for the Samsquantches was Dan Macinnes with two goals and Nick Boyd and John Jose contributing with a goal each. Boyd and Mike Jones each added two assists. Goaltender Peter Sombyk picked up the win for the Samsquantches giving up three goals.

Sniping for the Panthers was Mike Juhaz, Tim Holtby and Mike Leslie each adding single tallies. Juhaz added two assists. Goaltender Jeff Huieat surrendered six goals in the loss for the Panthers.

The setback halted the Panthers' four-game winning streak.

With the win, the Samsquantches improve to 3-2-0-0 while the Panthers fall to 4-1-0-0.
