Calgary, AB – Travis Hodges scored a goal and added three assists to fuel the Wolves to an 8-4 thrashing over the Tailgaters at Frank McCool on Friday.

Capping off the scoring for the Wolves was Rhys Borschneck with two goalsSpencer Dumont, Derek Graham, Darren Ratti, Chad Lerner, Dave Maskwa chipping in with a goal each. Dumont, Graham and Jordan Miller each added two assists. Goaltender Nathan Steinke picked up the win for the Wolves giving up four goals.

Finding the twine for the Tailgaters was Logan Harris with two goals and Reid Tannahill and Chris Legrow each tallying single markers. Lance Nixon added two assists. Goaltender Walker Newman surrendered eight goals in the loss for the Tailgaters.

With the win, the Wolves improve to 3-1-0-0 while the Tailgaters fall to 2-2-0-0.
