Calgary, AB – Shane Blach* scored two goals as the Warthogs extended their winning streak to three games with a 5-3 victory over the Colts at Village Square on Monday.

Adding markers for the Warthogs was Jordan Thornley* and Chad Dauphenais* and Scott Lyons* each contributing with single markers. Goaltender Shaun McKenzie* picked up the victory for the Warthogs giving up three goals.

Providing the offence for the Colts was Scott Meyerhoff*, Brandon Luong* and David Wirsta* with a goal each. Meyerhoff* and Adam Timmer* each added two assists. Goaltender Jason Crossland* surrendered five goals in the loss for the Colts.

With the victory, the Warthogs improve to 3-1-0-0 while the Colts fall to 0-2-0-0.
