Calgary, AB – Ben Follett* scored his third goal of the season with 1:19 remaining in the second period and Ben Bleakley* scored a goal and added an assist to help support the Tailgaters in a 5-4 victory over the Chevron at Ernie Starr on Wednesday.

Adding markers for the Tailgaters was Lance Nixon*, Chris Legrow*, Rusty Jenner* with a goal each. Goaltender Todd Bettison* picked up the victory for the Tailgaters giving up four goals.

Providing the offence for the Chevron was Bryan Allen* with two goals and Pierre Turcotte* and TJ Mikuska* each with single strikes. Goaltender Darrell Gall* surrendered five goals in the loss for the Chevron.

With the victory, the Tailgaters improve to 11-6-2-0 while the Chevron fall to 10-7-2-0.
