Calgary, AB – Ty Klassen* scored four goals and added two assists to help secure The Boundary Bears a victory in an 11-5 trouncing over the Westside Wranglers at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Adding markers for The Boundary Bears was Dakota Leppa* with a hat-trick, Troy Miller* and Gordon Verok*, Lane Wagner* and Warren Leslie with a goal each. Leppa* and Miller* each added four assists, Klassen* and Kirk Sproule* each added two assists. Goaltender Christian Chivilo* picked up the victory for The Boundary Bears giving up five goals.

Providing the offence for the Westside Wranglers was Justin Johnson with two goals and Andy Coates*, Marek Pawlicki* and Mike Smilsky* each contributing with single markers. Coates* and Pawlicki* each added two assists. Goaltender Justin Johnson surrendered 11 goals in the loss for the Westside Wranglers.

The loss snuffed out the Westside Wranglers' three-game winning streak.

With the victory, The Boundary Bears improve to 4-1-0-0 while the Westside Wranglers fall to 3-2-0-0.
