Dyck* nets hat-trick, Da Byes beat Westside Wranglers
Calgary, AB – Tyler Dyck* scored a hat-trick as the Da Byes extended their winning streak to three games with a 9-7 triumph over the Westside Wranglers at Norma Bush on Saturday.
Completing the scoring for for the Da Byes was Logan Gable* with a hat-trick, Joel Barrett* and Marc Young* and Colin Wandfluh* chipping in with a goal each. Sebastien Couture* and Patrick Ward each added three assists, Barrett*, Glenn Saunders* and Topher Flangan each added two assists. Goaltender Richard Gagnon^ picked up the victory for the Da Byes giving up seven goals.
Finding the back of the net for the Westside Wranglers was Lucas Gill* and Andy Coates* and Jeese Steranko* with a pair of goals each and Marek Pawlicki* with a single tally. Pawlicki* and Brian Moore* each added two assists. Goaltender Chris Holden* surrendered nine goals in the loss for the Westside Wranglers.
The setback halted the Westside Wranglers' three-game winning streak.
With the victory, the Da Byes improve to 11-3-1-0 while the Westside Wranglers fall to 9-5-0-0.
