Dyck* nets hat-trick, Da Byes pump Magic Mittens
Calgary, AB – Tyler Dyck* scored a hat-trick and added two assists to help fuel the Da Byes to an 11-3 pounding over the Magic Mittens at Ernie Starr on Sunday.
Rounding out the scoring for the Da Byes was Dan Fulmore* with a hat-trick, Adam Johnson* and Glenn Saunders*, Marc Young*, Chris Avery* and Kyle Gurash* chipping in with a goal each. Johnson* added four assists, Saunders*, Dan Arnold*, Topher Flangan. Goaltender Richard Gagnon^ picked up the win for the Da Byes giving up three goals.
Striking for the Magic Mittens was Giovanni Perri with two goals and Jared Van Ree with a single tally. Goaltender Austin Wells surrendered 11 goals in the loss for the Magic Mittens.
With the win, the Da Byes improve to 9-3-1-0 while the Magic Mittens fall to 4-9-0-0.
