Calgary, AB – Colin Hughes*(A) scored two goals and added an assist to help fuel the Grasshoppers to a 6-3 win over the Warthogs at Norma Bush on Tuesday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Grasshoppers was Andy Walsh* with two goals and Sebastien Gregoire* and Matthew Goddard with a goal each. Duane Smith* added two assists. Goaltender Lesley Reddon picked up the win for the Grasshoppers giving up three goals.

Striking for the Warthogs was Chad Dauphenais* with two goals and Jordan Thornley* with a single marker. Goaltender Shaun McKenzie* surrendered six goals in the loss for the Warthogs.

With the win, the Grasshoppers improve to 1-0-0-0 while the Warthogs fall to 0-1-0-0.
