Calgary, AB – Josh Pauls* scored two goals to help bring the Panthers to a 6-3 triumph over The Boundary Bears at Stew Hendry on Sunday.

Completing the scoring for for the Panthers was Sandy Quilty* and Todd Kathol*, Matt Bucholz* and Mike Tucker* each contributing with single markers. Quilty* and Ken Kornylo* each added two assists. Goaltender Doug Lavers* picked up the victory for the Panthers giving up three goals.

The win snapped the Panthers' four-game losing skid.

Finding the back of the net for The Boundary Bears was Kevin Mickelson, Kirk Sproule* and Kyle Morton* chipping in with singles. Goaltender Christian Chivilo* surrendered six goals in the loss for The Boundary Bears.

With the victory, the Panthers improve to 2-4-0-0 while The Boundary Bears fall to 2-3-1-0.
