Calgary, AB – Brian Hogg* scored two goals and added two assists to lead the Tailgaters to an 8-5 triumph over the Chevron at Optimist on Sunday.

Completing the scoring for for the Tailgaters was Craig Rollison* with two goals and Dan Paulucci, Ben Bleakley*, Chris Legrow* and JD Goddard* chipping in with a goal each. Shane Legrow* added three assists, Paulucci, Tristan Janusc*. Goaltender Todd Bettison* picked up the victory for the Tailgaters giving up five goals.

Finding the twine for the Chevron was Mike Prins* with two goals and Scott Sharp*, Pierre Turcotte* and Kyle Myden* chipping in with singles. Casey Bajnok* added three assists, Lee Nickel* and Dean Jolley* each added two assists. Goaltender Graeme Wright surrendered eight goals in the loss for the Chevron.

With the victory, the Tailgaters improve to 15-12-0-0 while the Chevron fall to 7-19-1-0.
