Calgary, AB – Ryan Van Zandt scored a goal to lift the Knights to a 3-1 conquest over the Flying Elbows at George Blundun on Saturday.

Capping off the scoring for the Knights was Trevor Johns, Ed Slobodian contributing with a goal each. Goaltender Trevor Sedgwick* picked up the win for the Knights holding the Flying Elbows to a single goal.

The win snapped the Knights' three-game losing skid.

Tallying the lone goal for the Flying Elbows was and Nathan Woynarski*, his second of the season. Goaltender Allan Manz* surrendered three goals in the loss for the Flying Elbows.

With the win, the Knights improve to 5-14-3-0 while the Flying Elbows fall to 11-10-1-0.
