Calgary, AB – Matthew Goddard* scored a hat-trick and added an assist as the Grasshoppers extended its winning streak to five games with a 14-6 clobbering over the Rustlers at Norma Bush on Tuesday.

Capping off the scoring for the Grasshoppers was Mason Raymond, Andy Walsh* and Sebastien Gregoire* and Carson Packer* with a pair of goals each, Brent (Slitz) Ross*, Jesse Storrs* and Cole Widdifield* each tallying single markers. Raymond added four assists, Colin Hughes*(A) added three assists, Walsh* and Bob Storrs* each added two assists. Goaltender Lesley Reddon* picked up the win for the Grasshoppers giving up six goals.

Sniping for the Rustlers was Dennis Nelson* with a hat-trick and Tyler Garrioch*, CJ Tilly and Rick Moore* contributing with a goal each. Garrioch* and Rob Rishaug* each added three assists. Goaltender Cam Goldade* surrendered 14 goals in the loss for the Rustlers.

With the win, the Grasshoppers improve to 9-8-2-0 while the Rustlers fall to 12-6-2-0.
