Calgary, AB – Colin Baillargeon* scored a goal and added three assists to help secure the Mustangs a victory in an 8-2 trouncing over the Honey Badgers at Village Square on Saturday.

Completing the scoring for for the Mustangs was Robin Cole* with a hat-trickAaron Merkosky* with two goals and Lauchlin MacInnis, Joel Merkosky* each contributing with single markers. Donnie Grant added five assists, Jeff Zimmer* added two assists. Goaltender Duane Arsenault* picked up the victory for the Mustangs giving up two goals.

Contributing the only goals for the Honey Badgers was Clarke Turpin* with two goals . Goaltender Matt Elder* surrendered eight goals in the loss for the Honey Badgers.

With the victory, the Mustangs improve to 3-9-1-0 while the Honey Badgers fall to 4-7-1-0.
