Calgary, AB – Tyler Klassen scored five goals and added an assist to fuel the Buffaloes to an 11-5 thrashing over the Grasshoppers at George Blundun on Saturday.

Capping off the scoring for the Buffaloes was Robyn Carson* with two goals, Ryan Pernal* and John Page*, Victor Bakala* and Mike Rogne* each tallying single markers. Pernal* added four assists, Carson* added three assists, Bakala*, Page* and Dylan Ackerman* each added two assists. Goaltender Jon Kalkman* picked up the win for the Buffaloes giving up five goals.

Sniping for the Grasshoppers was Jesse Storrs* with two goals and Colin Hughes*(A), Lance Davidson* and Duane Smith* contributing with a goal each. Storrs* added two assists. Goaltender Lesley Reddon* surrendered 11 goals in the loss for the Grasshoppers.

With the win, the Buffaloes improve to 8-4-1-0 while the Grasshoppers fall to 4-5-2-0.
