Calgary, AB – Aaron Mckay* scored two goals and added two assists for the Blazers and Evan Michalchuk* scored a hat-trick for the Icemen as the teams played to a 6-6 tie at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Capping off the scoring for the Icemen was Gord MacLean* with two goals and Chris Burchell* with a single marker. Alex Ponich* and Anton Vloowwyk* each added two assists. Goaltender Jean-Michelle Auger* surrendered six goals in the tie for the Icemen.

Capping off the scoring for the Blazers was Alex Langley*, Travis Rohl*, Mark Oscienny* and Adam Adair* each tallying single markers. Mckay* and Langley* each added two assists. Goaltender Stefan Migotti* gave up six goals in the tie for the Blazers.

After the tie, the Blazers have a record of 9-2-1-0 while the Icemen move to 2-8-2-0.
