Calgary, AB – Jordan Thornley* scored a hat-trick and added two assists as the Warthogs extended its winning streak to three games with a 7-4 triumph over the Ringers at Southland on Monday.

Completing the scoring for for the Warthogs was Jared Veness* with two goals, Scott Lyons* and Dave Yuris* each tallying single markers. Lyons* added three assists, Thornley* and Derek Root* each added two assists. Goaltender Shaun McKenzie* picked up the victory for the Warthogs giving up four goals.

Finding the twine for the Ringers was Brandon Shaw with two goals and Henry Adams and Kyle Kline chipping in with a goal each. Lucas Beaucage added two assists. Goaltender Steve Ridley surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Ringers.

With the victory, the Warthogs improve to 12-13-5-0 while the Ringers fall to 3-22-5-0.
