Calgary, AB – Kevin Lodberg* scored a hat-trick to help fuel the Grasshoppers to a 7-5 conquest over the Flying Hellfish at Optimist on Sunday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Grasshoppers was Chris Lloyd and Mark Dyer*, Sebastien Gregoire* and Carson Packer* chipping in with a goal each. Lloyd and Bob Storrs* each added two assists. Goaltender Lesley Reddon* picked up the win for the Grasshoppers giving up five goals.

Cashing in for the Flying Hellfish was Kevin Macedo*, Thomas Ferianec*, Steve Kendrick*, Mel Linn* and Jon Verhelp each adding single tallies. Goaltender C Fraser surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Flying Hellfish.

With the win, the Grasshoppers improve to 15-11-4-0 while the Flying Hellfish fall to 12-14-4-0.
