Calgary, AB – Eric Charron* scored two goals and added an assist to lift the IceCats to a 7-4 conquest over the Flying Elbows at Frank McCool on Friday.

Capping off the scoring for the IceCats was John Bell* with two goals and Kevan Sinclair*, Tyson MacDonald* and Nik Cooper* contributing with a goal each. Sinclair* and Doug Howland* each added two assists. Goaltender Larry Guilloux* picked up the win for the IceCats giving up four goals.

Sniping for the Flying Elbows was Mike Donaleshen* with two goals and Steve Tuckey* and Kyle Christensen* each tallying single markers. Steve Glowa* added two assists. Goaltender Allan Manz* surrendered seven goals in the loss for the Flying Elbows.

With the win, the IceCats improve to 8-4-3-0 while the Flying Elbows fall to 8-6-1-0.
