Calgary, AB – Ben Bleakley* scored four goals and added two assists to help the Tailgaters to a 10-3 spanking over the Slashers at Village Square on Saturday.

Also scoring for the Tailgaters was Mark Oakley* with two goals, Ryan Bohay* and Dan Paulucci, Ben Follett* and Derek Sharp* with a goal each. Tristan Janusc* added three assists, Bleakley*, Matt Dawe* and Lance Nixon* each added two assists. Goaltender Todd Bettison* picked up the win for the Tailgaters giving up three goals.

Lighting the lamp for the Slashers was Tanner Dalman, Chris Roa-Yaremkowycz* and Dave Foss* each adding a goal. Goaltender Sean Garvey* surrendered 10 goals in the loss for the Slashers.

With the win, the Tailgaters improve to 5-6-3-0 while the Slashers fall to 5-8-1-0.
