Calgary, AB – Kevin Mullie* scored his first goal of the season with 9:02 remaining in the third period and Terry Barnhart* scored a goal and added an assist to help bring the Knights to a 5-4 triumph over the Flying Elbows at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Completing the scoring for for the Knights was Dave Michealis*, Dustin Borotsik, Andrew Nicol chipping in with singles. Derek Boeckx* and Will Clark* each added two assists. Goaltender Trevor Sedgwick* picked up the victory for the Knights giving up four goals.

Finding the back of the net for the Flying Elbows was Nathan Woynarski* with two goals and Kyle Christensen* and Steve Tuckey* chipping in with a goal each. Shaun Kos* added three assists. Goaltender Allan Manz* surrendered five goals in the loss for the Flying Elbows.

With the victory, the Knights improve to 2-3-0-0 while the Flying Elbows fall to 2-3-0-0.
