Calgary, AB – Kirk Sproule* scored a hat-trick and added an assist to help lift The Boundary Bears to a 9-5 pounding over the Westside Wranglers at Shouldice on Tuesday.

Adding markers for The Boundary Bears was Lane Wagner* with two goals, Thomas Sharuga* and Ross Dance*, Carl Knudsen and Troy Miller* each with single strikes. Nick Boyd* and Rico Piscitelli* each added three assists and Sharuga* added two assists. Goaltender Christian Chivilo* picked up the victory for The Boundary Bears giving up five goals.

Scoring for the Westside Wranglers was Andy Coates* with a hat-trick and Jeese Steranko and Warren Orban* each adding single goals. Brian Moore and Andy Figueria each added two assists. Goaltender Chris Holden surrendered nine goals in the loss for the Westside Wranglers.

With the victory, The Boundary Bears improve to 2-1-0-0 while the Westside Wranglers fall to 2-1-0-0.
