Calgary, AB – Thomas Sharuga scored two goals and added an assist as the x - The Boundary Bears extended its winning streak to three games with a 10-2 throttling over the Sleeman Brewers at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Rounding out the scoring for the x - The Boundary Bears was Troy Miller* and Kevan Mikkelson with a pair of goals each, Carl Knudsen, Kirk Sproule*, Jared Sproule* and Lane Wagner each adding single tallies. Knudsen added five assists, Sproule* added four assists and Sproule* added two assists. Goaltender Christian Chivilo* picked up the win for the x - The Boundary Bears giving up two goals.

Cashing in for the Sleeman Brewers was Peter Dmytruk* and Riley Hicks chipping in with a goal each. Goaltender Baron Ellis surrendered 10 goals in the loss for the Sleeman Brewers.

With the win, the x - The Boundary Bears improve to 12-6-0-0 while the Sleeman Brewers fall to 5-13-1-0.
