Calgary, AB – Derek Boeckx* scored two goals to lift the xy - Knights to a 5-3 conquest over the x - Chevron at Optimist on Sunday.

Capping off the scoring for the xy - Knights was Dion Lobreau and Shawn Calafatis* and Kevin Mullie* contributing with a goal each. Erryl Copeland* added two assists. Goaltender Trevor Sedgwick* picked up the win for the xy - Knights giving up three goals.

Sniping for the x - Chevron was Pierre Turcotte* with two goals and Kyle Keith* with a single tally. Phil Haugen* added two assists. Goaltender Darrell Gall* surrendered five goals in the loss for the x - Chevron.

With the win, the xy - Knights improve to 9-9-0-0 while the x - Chevron fall to 9-9-0-0.
