Calgary, AB – Tyler Jackson* scored a hat-trick and added three assists as the xy - Hopewell Hurricanes extended its winning streak to four games with a 15-5 throttling over the Calgary Pylons at Ernie Starr on Sunday.

Rounding out the scoring for the xy - Hopewell Hurricanes was Andy Keats* with a hat-trick, Matt Thibault* with a hat-trick, Scott Bishop* and John Doyle* with a pair of goals each and Paul Taylor and Barry Tanguay* each adding single tallies. Bishop* and Preston Yachimec* each added four assists, Jackson*, Doyle* and Steve Nemeth* each added three assists and Taylor added two assists. Goaltender Dave Garcia* picked up the win for the xy - Hopewell Hurricanes giving up five goals.

Cashing in for the Calgary Pylons was Mitch Sharpe and B Kerr with a pair of goals each and M. McFarland with a single marker. JP Gallant* added two assists. Goaltender Corey McMeekin surrendered 15 goals in the loss for the Calgary Pylons.

With the win, the xy - Hopewell Hurricanes improve to 13-1-1-0 while the Calgary Pylons fall to 2-13-0-0.
