Calgary, AB – Jeff Golby* scored a hat-trick and added two assists to help the Melrose Cafe to an 11-6 spanking over the Schooners at Frank McCool on Tuesday.

Also scoring for the Melrose Cafe was Keith McLarty*, Garnet Klassen* and Jim Gagnon* with a pair of goals each, Jay Brown* and Chris Trudel* each adding a goal. McLarty*, Klassen* and Jason Konoff* each added three assists, Gagnon*. Goaltender Quinn Morettin* picked up the win for the Melrose Cafe giving up 0 goals.

Lighting the lamp for the Schooners was Sean Boyd*, Gary Clow*, Mathew Chisholm*, Randy Mosher*, Chris Urban* and Rob Slivinski* with a goal each. Goaltender Jimmy Farrell* surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Schooners.

With the win, the Melrose Cafe improve to 5-3-2-0 while the Schooners fall to 6-3-1-0.
