Calgary, AB – Darrin Andrews scored a goal and added an assist to fuel the Sofa Kings to a 5-2 triumph over the Warthogs at Stew Hendry on Saturday.

Capping off the scoring for the Sofa Kings was Cory Seaman, Kevin Sawyer, Rob Johnston, Brett MacDonald each tallying single markers. Greg Smith added three assists. Goaltender Blair Myers picked up the win for the Sofa Kings giving up 0 goals.

Finding the twine for the Warthogs was Drew Byers and Craig Shenher chipping in with a goal each. Goaltender Mike Nyhus surrendered 0 goals in the loss for the Warthogs.

With the win, the Sofa Kings improve to 1-0-0-0 while the Warthogs fall to 0-1-0-0.
