Calgary, AB – Tyler Kushniruk* scored a hat-trick and added an assist as the xy - Calgary Hogs extended its winning streak to four games with a 8-2 throttling over the xy - Da Byes at Norma Bush on Saturday.

Rounding out the scoring for the xy - Calgary Hogs was Brandan Kushniruk* and Kevin Free*, Ashley Raabis*, Dean Pylypchuk* and Mike Tanton* each adding single tallies. Jody Pederson* added three assists, Wade Hein and Tim Norick* each added two assists. Goaltender Dan Dunn picked up the win for the xy - Calgary Hogs giving up two goals.

Cashing in for the xy - Da Byes was Tyler Dyck* and Kevin Draper* chipping in with a goal each. Goaltender Doug Lavers surrendered eight goals in the loss for the xy - Da Byes.

With the win, the xy - Calgary Hogs improve to 4-0-1-0 while the xy - Da Byes fall to 4-2-0-0.
