Calgary, AB – Tyler Swan scored a hat-trick to lead the xy - The Swarm to a 10-2 whipping over the Colts at Village Square on Saturday.

Capping off the scoring for the xy - The Swarm was Mike Manuel* with two goals, Jim Vasilopoulos and Chris Perkins, Devin Affonso, Brad Dougherty* and Brian Scherban* each tallying single markers. Vasilopoulos and Perkins each added three assists, Pat Stachniak*, Curtis Cann* and Chris McFetridge each added two assists. Goaltender Kelly Oberg picked up the victory for the xy - The Swarm giving up two goals.

Finding the twine for the Colts was Scott Meyerhoff* and Craig Smith chipping in with a goal each. Jeff Kwok added two assists. Goaltender Brian Ector* surrendered 10 goals in the loss for the Colts.

With the victory, the xy - The Swarm improve to 16-10-1-0 while the Colts fall to 6-17-4-0.
