Calgary, AB – Tyler Klassen* scored two goals including his first goal of the season with 11:47 remaining in the second period and to help support the x - Buffaloes in a 3-2 victory over the IceCats at Norma Bush on Saturday.

Adding markers for the x - Buffaloes was and Jay Booth* with a single tally. Goaltender Chris Meyer picked up the victory for the x - Buffaloes giving up two goals.

Providing the only offence for the IceCats was Nik Cooper* with two goals. Goaltender Larry Guilloux* surrendered three goals in the loss for the IceCats.

With the victory, the x - Buffaloes improve to 1-0-0-0 while the IceCats fall to 0-1-0-0.
